We’re searching for a high-impact particular person contributor who could be the only real lead designer. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering management to form the product roadmap.
Wage is between $120-180k USD with fairness potential.
Duties:
Design
- Personal end-to-end product design: discovery → idea → execution → launch → iteration
- Create wireframes, prototypes and visible designs in Figma
- Construct and evolve design programs (elements, patterns, tips) for consistency and scale
- Collaborate with product and engineering to outline necessities, not simply translate them into design
- Design and supply brand-aligned visible belongings for Advertising and marketing (web site pages, decks, graphics)
Analysis
- Lead and execute end-to-end research—together with qualitative interviews, surveys, and value testing—to create product technique primarily based on consumer wants.
- Collaborate with inner and exterior stakeholders to collect perception from numerous knowledge sources
- Synthesize analysis into actionable insights and proposals (decks, narratives, visualizations)
