Why we’re hiring
We’d like a senior hands-on proprietor to stabilize, safe, and evolve our cloud platform. You’ll be a major decision-maker for AWS structure, reliability, CI/CD, observability, and value posture, partnering intently with the administrators, builders, product, and buyer success groups.
What you’ll personal (hands-on + strategic)
- AWS structure & operations: Personal manufacturing infrastructure end-to-end (networking, compute, storage, IAM, routing, scaling, backups, DR).
- IaC & environments: Standardize and evolve Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or AWS CDK); codify dev/stage/prod with repeatable patterns and least-privilege IAM.
- CI/CD: Maintain deployments quick and secure (construct, check, deploy, rollback); drive progressive supply the place it is sensible.
- Observability & incident response: Guarantee logs/metrics/traces + actionable dashboards; lead incident command and postmortems.
- Safety & compliance: Personal cloud safety baselines and help SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / GDPR wants.
- Price & efficiency: Proper-size infra, monitor spend, and implement guardrails to forestall regressions.
- Technical management: Doc the platform, unblock builders, mentor friends, and domesticate cross-training so nothing is a single level of failure.
- On-call: Alternate with others on the infra on-call rotation and practice others as wanted.

What you’ve finished
- 7+ years constructing and operating manufacturing programs on AWS (VPC, EC2, ELB/ALB, S3, CloudFront, Route53, RDS/ElastiCache, IAM, CloudWatch, SNS/SQS, and so on.).
- 5+ years Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CDK) and atmosphere automation.
- Confirmed CI/CD possession for multi-service SaaS, together with secure rollbacks and launch hygiene.
- Strong safety fundamentals (least-privilege IAM, community segmentation, secrets and techniques, TLS) and familiarity with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / GDPR expectations.
- Observability end-to-end (logs/metrics/traces), incident management, and postmortem apply.
- Proficient coding in JavaScript/Node.js (sufficient to contribute to inner instruments, CLIs, or platform companies).
- Clear, pragmatic communicator who paperwork choices and trade-offs.
